Although our standard support is limited to e-mail, we are committed to answer all mails within 32 hours, and in reality this might even get close to a response time of 6 hours...
We also provide alternatives like Instant Messaging via Google Talk or Windows Live Messenger, and via Skype. You might catch us online at some times, than again not always.. We want to be able to offer the lowest price possible and a good support for all our clients, and that is why IM and phone support are not included in our standard support package..
